[OFF (OKINA)] Himitsu no Kajitsu [ATF]

This one was released under All The Fallen. Which also means that I'm currently part of that team (yay!). I actually joined on the 12th, with this doujin almost done. Then I sent it to QC and there went two more weeks, haha. It's okay, though. I can assure the final product is much better.

Story time. I joined ATF thanks to this very doujin. I had finished a first version of it, and I asked sneikkimies from the team if he could do a TL check. He was the best person I could think of to do this, since he's done his fair share of Okina, and also, since he's pretty fucking good. He corrected about half of it (yeah I know) and told me there was an open spot on the team. Then I said okay.

So this is the first work I've released under ATF, and maybe the only one like that that I'll publish on this blog. They've got their own blog after all. This post is mainly just telling the news that I'll start working on the team. If I ever do something by myself again (very likely) I'll publish it here.

Second one of this double Hatch release. I found this one quite a bit ago, when I was skimming through some issues of Comic Aun. I was enthralled by the fingering scene and I couldn't understand half of the story. Then I put it in a mental drawer for a later time.

I might have a thing for F/d incest, and I might have a thing for time skips. I know for sure I've got a thing for Hatch.

First one of this double Hatch release. I came across this one when I was binge-reading the entire Hatch catalog. What a night that was. This one stuck out to me more than anything else.

Hatch is quickly becoming one of my favorite artists, but he has a thing for long expositions. This means long-ass sentences that I have to process for spans of up to two hours. Not kidding a bit. I'm sure I'll be doing something from him in the future, but not before I level up my moonspeak skills.

He did an afterword for this story in the tank:

so I ended up laughing while drawing it (haha).

[Katagiri Hinoka] Shoujo Club (L-Matrix)

Sorry, only the tall one gets some.

Another one where I picked the artist first and then the chapter. I like Katagiri Hinoka's style in this tank. His newer works are good too, but feel kinda... generic.

I actually considered doing Dorei Shoujo first (here or here), but in the middle of translating I noticed the dialogue was bland as hell.

I then went for this one because it was short and fun. Or at least it was until I had to translate it. I had trouble in one line that used a made-up word (I think) and another one that (it seems) was a pop-culture reference.

So yeah, I don't think I'll do something from this tank again, sorry.

I did this one because I laughed my ass off at that ending. That's it.

I mean, I like Ken's stories, and I read all of his tanks (yeah I did), but none of the stories were particularly hot. Most are weird and there's plenty of interesting ones, but not enough to translate, I guess. He's got some speechless stories too, if you might.
